Terms of Service
- Payment is done through bank transfer (OCBC NISP/Mandiri for Indonesian customers), Paypal, Ovo, or Gopay. I accept several currencies.
- Half upfront payment is required. First half is paid after the full sketch is done and the remaining is paid after the entire work is done.
- Work will begin after the first half of the payment is done.
- Once the commission is started, it CANNOT be canceled.
- The average commission takes around 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work as well as my own circumstances. Please let me know if you have a specific deadline.
- I will update you on the commission progress during the sketch, flat color, shading, and final rendering stages. You can request unlimited revisions during the sketch stage, but you can only request 3 free revisions in flat color, shading, and final rendering stages. Any additional revisions after that will cost extra $10.
- I have the right to decline commissions for any reason.
- I have the right to post the commissioned work in social media or add it to my portfolio. Please let me know if it needs to stay private.
- I will commit myself fully to completing the commission. If I can't finish it on time or entirely for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
- Commissioned work is for personal use only. Commercial use of the work will incur an extra price.
- This terms of service may change without prior notice.
- By ordering a commission from me, you have agreed to the terms of service above.

80% of the base price will be added for every extra character.
There may be a price increase for characters with more detailed designs.
Solid color backgrounds are free.
Extra background: + $10-50 depending on background complexity.The default canvas size is 2000x2000px or 3508x2480 px (A4) in 300 dpi. Please let me know if you have specific size requirements.
